One of the Integrity Team members will reach out and schedule a time to call or have a virtual meeting to get an idea of what you are trying to accomplish. Providing pictures of your current space is always helpful and if you have a vision board of what you are looking for or your style and taste, please share!
In Home Consultation

During your in-home meeting, we will provide guidance to help you choose the best options based on your needs and budget. They will take measurements, do a 3D scan and discuss the desired functionality and style for your dream space. The Integrity Team member will explore layout options that best fit your space and preferences. They will also assess electrical, gas, and plumbing requirements, and take pictures of all elements, including cabinets, countertops, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and lighting, to help design your custom space.

Your Integrity Team member will present you with the different options to help you achieve your dream space goals. They will meet with you to discuss the different elements and help with material selection. During this meeting, you will review drawings of potential layouts and cabinetry to visualize your project. After you select your layout and materials, we will prepare a custom quote that includes any applicable discounts or special pricing based on your selections.
The Contract

Once the contract is signed, Integrity Custom Style Solutions will not add any extra costs without a signed change order. A change order will be drafted if you request additional work or revisions during the installation. We will only request a change order if extra labor or materials are needed to accommodate your request. While our goal is to avoid change orders, we understand that additional needs may arise, and we are happy to accommodate them. At this time, you will also receive an estimated installation start date.

Materials will be ordered within 48-72 hours after processing your signed agreement. If you need to make any changes to your project specifications, please notify us promptly so we can adjust the order. Any changes that incur additional costs will require your signature on a change order.

Integrity Custom Style Solutions will arrive punctually at the scheduled date and time for your installation. Your skilled remodeler will review the plan with you and address any questions before beginning. The initial step involves removing your old kitchen or bath, with most of the demolition and preparation completed on the first day. On the second day, the installers will start working on transforming your space.
